Azure Cost Management and Azure Advisor already provide valuable native tools. FinOps Beacon brings their data together with resource context, scan history and saved review decisions. Try the workflow with your own environment and decide whether it earns a place in your team.
Read-only scans, clear access requirements. The scanner does not create, resize or delete Azure resources. Connect Microsoft uses your existing permissions; its delegated grant is not itself a read-only role. Administrator approval or additional billing access may be needed. The manual connection can use dedicated read roles.
